Gretta Lynn Ell is a Registered Nurse, who has worked in both the public and private health care systems in a broad range of work environments and roles. Gretta Lynn's professional responsibilities have included front line professional nursing, Director of Care/Administrator in a long term care facility in Ottawa, Compliance Advisor for the Ontario Ministry of Health, secondment to the position of Program Consultant to the Ministry of Health and Social Services in Ontario, to assist with redefining the long term care services in that province, and Senior Consultant for the Personal Care Homes Branch, Saskatchewan Health. Gretta Lynn's current position is Director, Program Development and Performance Support for Restorative & Continuing Care, Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. Gretta Lynn has worked extensively with the Regina Risk Indicator Tool and within her current role, has worked to develop RRIT data management systems to support appropriate utilization and evaluation of health programs.
