Juanita Tremeer
Juanita Tremeer, Continuing Care and Geriatric Associate, has been working with the Saskatoon Health
Region in the areas of quality improvement for many years. Currently she is responsible to establish the parameters of a quality framework for 29 Special Care Homes and for strategic planning. Juanita collaborates with all sites in the areas of Risk Management, Education, Resident Quality of Life, and Accreditation with the goal of improving the resident experience. Juanita’s career with the Saskatoon Health Region began as a Registered Nurse in 1982 and she has held various positions including, Clinical Nurse Educator, Regional Client Representative, & Regional Accreditation Leader.
